US packages are shipped via USPS priority mail and include tracking and delivery confirmation. If you would like to add insurance or special instructions, contact shabdkmaui@gmail.com. Non custom items are shipped 2-4 days after payment has cleared. Not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

14K gold fill jewelry is made with layers of genuin 14K gold bonded with heat to base metal core. 14K gold fill jewelry has the same appearance as pure gold and will not tarnish. 14K gold filled jewelry can be cleaned with a soft polishing jewelry cloth.

Sterling silver jewelry is made with genuine silver and can be cleaned with a soft polishing jewelry cloth.
